Nutritional Mix
4 cups nutritional yeast flakes
3/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/2 cup sea salt
1/2 cup Italian seasoning
1/4 cup succanat (or other dry sweetener - which I leave out all together)
1/2 cup dried parsley
¼ Cup Turmeric
1 T celery seeds
Put all above ingredient in blender or food processor. Process or
blend until yeast flakes are turned into
powder. Store it in an airtight container. I use as a coating on sliced or
cubed tofu, which I fry or use in
stir fry. It is also great in soups, stews, in scrambled tofu, or with
mashed tofu or cream cheese
as a dip or spread.
