Bethune Associates was formed in 1993 as a vehicle to offer consulting services to insurance/surety companies, contractors, owners, attorneys and design professionals.  It is our goal to provide workable solutions prior to litigation, however, if necessary, we can provide expert witness and litigation support during all levels of a construction dispute.  Based on our experience, we can confidently provide the insight needed to evaluate the information provided and give workable suggestions and comments towards possible resolution of problems.  We have court recognized expert witnesses; with claim experience and thirty years of construction experience. 

  Thomas C. Bethune, Jr., P.E., principal, is a court recognized expert witness in Construction Administration, construction Estimating and Pavement Construction.  He also holds Professional Engineering Licenses in West Virginia and Texas.
